Welcome Pack − 18TH BRISTOL SCOUTS

When your child is new to the group, it can seem a bit daunting, and it’s not always easy to know what you need to do, where to buy the right uniform, etc. So we’ve pulled together some resources to help you get your child registered and ready to take part.

Registering with 18^th Bristol

When you child joins our group we do require you to complete some forms. Please print out the following forms, complete them and hand them back to at your earliest convenience:

• Young person information form 
• Gift Aid form 
• Photo permission form 

 

Where to buy uniform

There are a number of options for buying the uniform. Here is a non-exhaustive list:

Positioning the badges on the uniform

There are some badges that are on all uniforms (Beavers, Cubs and Scouts) that are moved from one uniform to the other as children move through the sections. If you're a bit confused by the difference between challenge badges, activity badges, core badges, etc. just click the links below to see charts showing the position of badges for the three uniforms:
